Wellness on Wheels is a charitable community-driven mobile clinic providing healthcare services to reach as many beneficiaries as possible with difficult access to healthcare services.
The mobile clinic is equipped with top quality medical equipment and is staffed by dedicated volunteer healthcare professionals.
Services
Screening
Basic health assessments to identify early risk factors or symptoms. It includes monitoring of vital signs such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse rate, and blood oxygen levels, as well as Body Mass Index (BMI) calculation, diabetes screenings and other general wellness indicators.
Medical Consultation
A primary health consultation conducted by a general practitioner or family physician, including a review of medical history and a physical examination.
Medical Treatment
Referrals for further care or medication, including chronic disease management for conditions like diabetes and hypertension.
Health Education & Awareness
Educational sessions and awareness activities on healthy living, nutrition, physical activity, and disease prevention, including smoking cessation and mental health awareness.
