11 March is World Kidney Day, a global campaign to raise awareness on the importance of kidney health. In the UAE chronic kidney disease is prevalent due to high instances of associated illnesses like obesity, diabetes and cardiovascular disease with approximately 4,500 patients suffering from kidney failure. This month, in observance of World Kidney Day we have partnered with Dubai Healthcare City, Mohammed Bin Rashid University of Medicine and Health Sciences (MBRU)
